1.1These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr98 ("pkr98", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr98 platform, website, games, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. pkr98 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be operated by underage individuals will be immediately and permanently closed.
2.2You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, or bots may not register for or operate a pkr98 account.
2.3Each individual may hold only one (1) pkr98 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used. pkr98 may close all duplicate accounts and retain any balances pending investigation of associated activity.
2.4You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the pkr98 Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pkr98 does not guarantee or warrant that accessing or using the Platform is lawful in your specific location in Pakistan or elsewhere. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
2.5During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You agree to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or incomplete.
2.6Full withdrawal functionality requires successful Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification, which includes providing a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). pkr98 may request additional documentation at its discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes.
3.1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr98 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. pkr98 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where such unauthorised use results from your failure to maintain the security of your login information.
3.3If you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkr98 support immediately. pkr98 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation at its discretion.
3.4pkr98 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pkr98 support.
4.1All deposits and withdrawals on the pkr98 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in your account cashier.
4.2Funds deposited into your pkr98 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
4.3Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. pkr98 targets a processing time of 15–45 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
4.4pkr98 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or proof of source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal processing being suspended pending resolution.
4.5Deposits that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied in full.
4.6pkr98 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply fees independently of pkr98. pkr98 accepts no liability for third-party processing fees.
5.1pkr98 may, at its discretion, offer bonus funds, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any additional specific terms applicable to the relevant promotion, which will be published on the Platform at the time of the offer.
5.2Bonus funds credited to your pkr98 account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
5.3pkr98 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a Player's eligibility for a bonus if pkr98 reasonably determines that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers unfairly.
5.4Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
6.1All games available on the pkr98 Platform are governed by specific game rules published within each game environment. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.
6.2Bet settlements are final once confirmed by the Platform system. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrectly settled bet, pkr98 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account.
6.3pkr98 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules, odds, or bet types. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real PKR funds.
6.4In sports betting markets, pkr98 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or refuse to accept bets at its discretion, including in circumstances where pkr98 suspects match manipulation, pricing errors, or irregular betting patterns.
7.1The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr98 Platform:
7.2Where pkr98 reasonably suspects a Player of engaging in any prohibited activity, pkr98 may immediately suspend the account, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, void related bets, and permanently close the account if the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms.
8.1All content on the pkr98 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks, is the property of pkr98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pkr98.
9.1To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr98 shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; (c) loss of data; or (d) any loss arising from interruption to the Platform's availability due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside pkr98's reasonable control.
9.2pkr98's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.1pkr98 is committed to responsible gaming and player wellbeing. The following tools are available within every registered pkr98 account:
10.2Players who self-exclude may not circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts. Any such accounts discovered will be permanently closed and associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

11.1pkr98 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; KYC failure; Player request; or regulatory requirement.
11.2Upon termination of an account by either party, any genuine real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and fraud clearance.
11.3Players may request account closure at any time by contacting pkr98 support. Accounts closed at a Player's request may be reopened upon the Player's request after a cooling-off period, subject to pkr98's discretion and responsible gaming considerations.
12.1pkr98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via in-platform notification or email to the registered address. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
12.2Continued use of the pkr98 Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
13.1These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pkr98 Platform shall first be referred to pkr98's customer support team for informal resolution.
13.2If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised, either party may escalate the matter through applicable legal channels. pkr98 reserves the right to apply for interim or injunctive relief in any competent court where pkr98 reasonably believes its rights or the integrity of the Platform are at immediate risk.
13.3These Terms, together with the pkr98 Privacy Policy and any applicable game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and pkr98 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
